News from the sky above Whistler
Whistler Blackcomb has announced that Blackcomb Mountain opened on Saturday, November 5
much earlier than planned.
In fact it's one of the earliest openings in the resort's 40 year history.
Blackcomb Mountain will remain open through the weekend (November 5 and 6) and plans
ito open daily from Friday, November 11.
A series of Pacific frontal systems over the past weekend brought a total of 60 cms of snow to the mountains at the Rendezvous Lodge elevation at 1,860m, and the forecast is calling for even more snow through the week.

Arrival Instructions
Once you have collected your luggage, make your way into the Arrivals Hall.
A Representative holding a Holiday Taxis placard will be waiting for you.
Vehicles are scheduled to meet Low Cost flights. Delayed passengers will be allocated next available vehicle.
All reasonable measures will be taken to minimise airport waiting time.
The tourist office is the official drop off point in all resorts, but alternative arrangements can be made with drivers.
