No Price Increases – despite a global rise in fuel costs, we guarantee there will be no price increases in
2005 or early 2006

System Enhancements- we pride ourselves in the levels of service we provide, both in resort and to agents in the UK.
We listen to you and continually upgrade our system according to your suggestions. You may have noticed a number
of changes to our system, most notably the addition of “Date/time from UK” and “Date/arrival time in resort”

Key Points
Private Taxis – we do not make customers share; all vehicles are private as per booking even if two couples are
on the same flight, to the same resort, staying at the same hotel.
Driver Waiting – your designated driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with your name on a Holiday Taxis placard.

Flight Delays – we have your flight details so the driver will return at a later time in the event of a flight delay.
24 Hour Resort Cover – our agency staff in resort can be contacted 24 hours, 7 days per week.
Flight and Accommodation Changes – customers have complete peace of mind –
they simply inform our resort agency staff of any changes 48 hours before departure time when they reconfirm.
Any Address – we will accept any address in the resorts and cities featured- hotels, villas, apartments you name it –
literally. There is absolutely no restriction, so no need to worry whether or not we feature a certain property.
